Singh blasts Weprin on Parkside connection in mailing

Swaranjit Singh’s campaign for City Council sent out a mailer Friday suggesting his opponent for the seat, state Assemblyman Mark Weprin (D-Little Neck), did not speak out against a Hooters restaurant opening up in Fresh Meadows because Weprin’s campaign is being managed by the same firm hired by the eatery. The Civic Scene: New York and California have similar gov’t problems

After returning from a visit to California, I found the state full of budget and governance problems similar to those we have had in New York state. These problems seem to have been solved, but I do not think so. Comment.
