BROAD CHANNEL — A Broad Channel man was arrested July 8 after he allegedly brandished a kitchen knife at the tenant of a neighboring apartment because the tenant was making noise while he and his mother were trying to sleep, a spokeswoman for the Queens district attorney’s office said. Comment.
