Old Navy eyes Flushing

A Realtor for the vacant Woolworth store site in downtown Flushing said the facility has been rented to Old Navy Clothing.

David Rosenberg, whose Manhattan-based Robert K. Futterman and Associates LLC is also handling the lease for the neighboring Caldor store, said the Woolworth building at 136-02 Roosevelt Ave. had been rented to Old Navy, which recently opened a store in College Point.
