Bosco’s Corner: Hurt boxer latest in long line

By Anthony Bosco

Stephan Johnson was still lying unconscious at the Atlantic City Medical Center Tuesday morning, more than a week after the 31-year-old professional boxer was knocked out by junior middleweight contender Paul Vaden.

The Brooklyn-bred boxer, who now lives in Corona, was leading his fight when he reportedly crashed to the canvas in the 10th round after taking two right hands from Vaden and immediately suffered a seizure in the ring. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remains. No information is being released by the hospital about Johnson
