Neighbor to Neighbor: Last year

As the year 1999 is starting to wind down, we can reflect on an eventful year, some good, and some that left much to be desired. There were losses of friends, and there were weddings and births to cheer us up.

The Times/Ledger not only celebrated a wonderful 10th anniversary, it gained a prospective employee (maybe in 20 years or so) when Associate Editor Amy Browne and her husband Ian produced a handsome young fellow named Tyler, Nov. 24. We
