Woodside Public Library opens after a face-lift

The Queens Borough Public Library at 54-22 Skillman Ave. reopened its Woodside Branch Monday following a seven-week interior renovation.

Work included repainting, the addition of new carpeting, lighting, shelving and furniture and improvements to elevator service to the mezzanine and second floor. The front entrance and bathrooms are now wheelchair-accessible.
