Queens Museum honors cartoonist, businessmen

Embracing the international and self-made character of its home borough, the Queens Museum of Art honored famed illustrator Al Hirschfeld and three local businessmen at its annual fund-raiser June 5 at Terrace on the Park.

The businessmen represented what QMA Executive Director Laurene Buckley suggested was the quintessential spirit of Queens.
