The Flushing YMCA, 138-46 Northern Blvd. Flushing offers free activities such as computer classes, recreational swimming and game room time for children ages 8-18 every Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 718-961-6880.

Animals

Celebrations

Francis Lewis High School, 58-20 Utopia Parkway, Fresh Meadows will hold a 40th Anniversary Celebration on Sat., Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium and Sept. 24 from noon to 5 p.m. A dinner dance will be held on Sept. 24 at 7:30 p.m. Admission: $30.
