Welcome to the Point. The Point being College Point.
It was a bright, sunny Sunday morning, and we were told to arrive at 8:30 a.m. at MacNeil Park. Dan McCloskey, a Life Scout with Troop 18 of St. Fidelis, was doing a coastal cleanup of the shoreline of the park for his Eagle Scout project. Many were welcomed to lend a hand or to observe the project in action.
