Pizza Chef 12, Jesse Halpern 11. Jesse Halpern scored three unanswered goals against Pizza Chef before running out of time in a 12-11 defeat. For Jesse Halpern, Brian Kelley scored seven goals, Chris Weis netted two goals and five assists and Anthony Binanti scored twice with two assists. Eric Tully and Zack Sieger each contributed an assist. Melanie Binanti made a strong showing protecting the net in her first game between the pipes.
Leading the scoring for Pizza Chef was Tommy Monte with seven goals and Anthony Yacavone buried the biscuit five times. Jordan Chateau contributed three assist, Travis Lippert provided two assists and Ralf Schafer and Alexander Palazzolo each had an assist.
Gigi's Pizza 8, Corona Park Pork Store 4. Despite scoring the first goal of the game, Corona Park fell to the undefeated Gigi's Pizza, 8-4. Joey Burke provided all the scoring for Corona Park, assisted by Paul Giacomino, Tom Mehmet and Jimmy McCann. Gigi's scoring came off the sticks of Diana Somers (four goals), Derek Lamacchia (one goal) and Mike Mccann (three goals). Dimitri Savva contributed three assists for Gigi's and Sean O'Saughnessy had an assist.
