The Flushing Jewish Community Council is sponsoring English for Speakers of Other Languages classes at the Bethany Lutheran Church, 48-08 91 Place in Elmhurst and other locations in Flushing. “Boy Scout Troop 158 and Venture Crew 158 of Queens Village are holding their annual Car Wash to help pay for Summer Camp! The Car Wash will be held on Sat., May 19, in the parking lot of Chapel of the Redeemer Lutheran School, Union Turnpike at 221st Street, from 10 a.m. until 3 pm. Hot dogs and sodas will also be sold to help raise funds!
