The Center for Preparatory Studies in Music. in the Music Building on the Queens College Campus, 65-30 Kissena Blvd. Flushing, is holding auditions for its new Music Theatre Workshop this summer for children ages 10-16. The workshop will run from July 9 through August 2, Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be optional field trips on Fridays. Students will have the exciting opportunity to take classes in singing, acting and dancing with NYU Graduate Students in Music Theatre. Taking the stage for this annual event is Peter Nero and the Philly Pops Orchestra.
