FLUSHING — A boy was charged with sex abuse Tuesday morning for allegedly attacking a girl at JHS 185 Monday afternoon, police said.
Det. Nancy Yule said the boy, 13, allegedly pushed and grabbed the girl, also 13, and sexually abused her as she walked downstairs at dismissal time at the school at 147-26 25th Drive.
Yule said the incident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. Monday, but school officials did not report it to the police until Tuesday morning.
