Erin’s Isle comes alive late to tie Jesse Halpern Skate Shop

Minor Division

Erin’s Isle 6, Jesse Halpern Skate Shop 6. Jesse Halpern took a 4-0 lead into the second period only to see it skate away in the third period. Jesse Halpern’s goals came off the sticks of Travis Lippert (hat trick and an assist), Tam Ngo, Eric Wong and Demitrios Savva. Erin’s Isle was led by Evan Kundrat’s five goals and a goal contributed by Anthony Pagano.

David & Nancy Legaz Remax Universal 8, Mass Electric 2. Undefeated David & Nancy Legaz Remax Universal was too strong for Mass Electric in this contest. The powerful Patrick Schule scored six goals to lead the offense for Remax. Also contributing goals for Remax were David Legaz and Jeffrey Johnston. Thomas Doheny and James Gorga found the net for Mass Electric.

Major Division

NY Party Plaza 8, Statewide Merchandising 2. NY Party Plaza’s Chris Weis took charge of the festivities with a hat trick and an assist in defeating Statewide Merchandising. Sean McCann (two goals), Spiros Markopolis and Alex Doulevaris also buried the biscuit for NY Party Plaza. Statewide goals came off the stick of Stephen McGrory. Chris Michon and Kevin Conklin provided assist for Statewide.

NY Party Plaza 6, Venezia Tile 4. Despite being down 3-0 in the second period, NY Party Plaza rebounded to win 6-4 against Venezia Tile. Derek Lamacchia scored twice for Venezia and Matt Brady and John Dujmovic also scored. For NY Party Plaza, Chris Weis (hat trick), Jimmy McCann (two goals) and Alex Doulevaris provided the scoring.

Senior Division

Transcreen 7, Corona Park Pork Store 3. Transcreen’s Matt Lupoli proved to be too strong against Corona Park Pork Store with his four goals. Anthony DiFalco, Matt Novac and Anthony Binanti also scored for Transcreen. Jimmy Brady, Mike Bova and Cory McGrath provided the scoring for Corona Park.

Transcreen 15, Gary Mann Production 6. Undefeated Transcreen waltzed past Gary Mann Productions, 15-6. Keith Lippert’s and Matt Lupoli’s four goals, Anthony DiFalco’s hat trick and Matt Novac’s and Anthony Binanti’s two goals each led the charge for Transcreen. Gary Mann’s Guy Seminerio, Matt Twomey (two goals) and Kenny McCrorie (hat trick ) provided the offense in defeat. Anthony Mainolfi made his debut as goalie for Gary Mann Productions.
