To The Point: Fallen remembered in College Point

By Sabina Cardali

Welcome to the Point. The Point being College Point.

The memorials continue, and urns containing debris from Ground Zero have been given to families who lost loved ones in the disaster. Our love and togetherness will see us through this tragic time in our lives. A Memorial Mass took place at St. Luke’s Church in Whitestone for Diana J. O’Connor, wife of Billy and a mother who lost her life on Sept. 11 along with friend David A. DeFeo.

SABINA SAYS

After the Halloween treats and the upcoming Thanksgiving food and blessings, let’s be thankful for these — and most of all, for life, to be with our family and share of ourselves with those around us and those who need our help.
