Welcome to the Point. The Point being College Point. I hope all those Easter eggs have been found wherever they were hid by the Easter Bunny or they will be scrambled without any of your efforts. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

Our Memorial Day Parade is set for Sunday, May 26, at 2 p.m. “United We Stand” will be our theme and will commemorate those lost in the war and in the World Trade Center, including Police Department and Fire Department rescue workers. The 24th Queens Half Marathon will be held in College Point along with the Skaggs-Walsh 5K Run on Saturday, April 13. The Skaggs-Walsh 5K Run will start at 8 a.m. and the Queens Half-Marathon will start at 8:10 a.m.
