The 15- and 16-year-old Glen Oaks Village Liquors Senior League team won its fifth game of the summer with a 9-5 victory over United Queens this week. David Chapman pitched a superb six-hitter while striking out six for Glen Oaks. Andre Plair and Adam Potash supplied the offense, as Plair doubled, tripled and walked and Potash singled, doubled and had two RBIs. Matt Carneiro continued his hot summer hitting with two more hits and Adam Yager and Todd Green each reached base three out of four times.
