The Flushing YMCA Flyers will be holding tryouts for its swim teams on Thursday, Sept. 12, and Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 8 a.m. The tryouts are open to girls and boys ages 6 through 17. the Flyers consist of an ‘A’ team and a ‘B’ team and total about 180 swimmers.
The program is about having fun, making friends and being the best swimmer you can be. no competitive experience is necessary. The Flyers are one of the top rated teams in the metropolitan area.
