WOODHAVEN – A 28-year-old Woodhaven man was arrested and charged with murder Monday in the shooting death of an Elmhurst teen, police said.
Danny Palacio of 80-37 90th Rd. was charged in the murder of 16-year-old Alejandro Brito of Elmhurst, police said.
Brito was shot once in the head June 17 and died at Elmhurst Hospital the next day, police said.
The motive for the shooting was unknown as of press time.
