The cost is $90, and you must live within the towns of Woodhaven, Ozone Park (east side of Woodhaven Boulevard), Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens and South Ozone Park to be eligible to play. Please bring a photo copy of the child’s birth certificate and proof of residency. We are required to keep them on file.
