Thursday, Feb. 27 – New York Families for Autistic Children holds annual dinner dance and awards celebration at which City Councilman Joseph Addabbo Jr. will be honored at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 27 – A reception called “Celebrating Queens’ Leadership in Albany, Benefiting Future Generations of Leaders” will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Caffe on The Green in Bayside to provide funds for Queens Library’s children’s programs and materials.
Friday, March 7 – A fashion show featuring the designs of H&M, Dress Barn and the School of Hard Knocks will be presented by professional models and the staff of Queens Services for the Autism Community to raise money for QSAC at Riccardo’s of Astoria, 21-04 24th Ave., from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Call 718-7-autism.
