RICHMOND HILL — A Brooklyn man was arrested Saturday on charges he raped a 29-year-old woman he knew, police said.
The attack took place about 8:30 p.m. April 13 within the 102nd Precinct in Richmond Hill, police said. The woman, whose name was not released, was treated at an area hospital.
Irakli Kakhniashvili, 24, of Brooklyn was arrested at his home and charged with rape, burglary, possession of a controlled substance and assault, police said.
