Man ‘puts his foot down’ in assault over LIC parking spot, later arrested

The man said the sanitation worker, Jan Ebron, 48, stomped on his foot, police said. Ebron was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, police said. The man who said he was attacked was taken to Astoria General Hospital where he was treated for “swelling to the foot,” police said.
