Alberto Duque pleaded guilty to attacking four women between the ages of 23 and 40, two of whom he sexually assaulted, Brown said. Duque also admitted to harassing a 34-year-old woman in Sunnyside as she drove her car, Brown said.
Duque, of 43-09 47th Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of rape, sodomy, and two counts of burglary and was sentenced Monday before Queens Supreme Court Justice James Griffin.
Among the crimes Brown said Duque was convicted of were: the May 18, 2003 rape of a 23-year-old Astoria woman after he pushed her into her apartment; the Aug. 15, 2003 assault of a 40-year-old woman at Hull Avenue and 64th Street in which he pushed her into some bushes, assaulted her and then robbed her; and an Aug. 17, 2003 break-in at the home of a 24-year-old Long Island City woman whose screams alerted her boyfriend.
