MANHATTAN — A Queensbridge man was arrested on murder charges Monday after a 28-year-old from Connecticut was stabbed once in the chest and once in the side near 42nd Street and 10th Avenue in Manhattan on June 15, police said.

Miranda Rafael, 24, of 38-31 24th St. was charged in the killing of the man, Thomas Tio of Danbury, police said. Tio was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital Medical Center of New York in Manhattan, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
