The whole team hit well, with a homer by James Aquista, big hits by Corey Mittenthal, Nick Halvatsis, Perry Haskowitz, Wesley DeSimone, James Cazzorla and a game-winning triple by Ben Park.
Defensively Chae Won Seo, Matthew Schwartz, Sean Pullman and James Ortega all played well in the outfield to hold most hits to singles.
The Marlins have their own ace pitching staff that includes James Narlis, Anthony Samela and Tyler Ruiz, helped by the strong arm of their third basemen Dennis Frame, and the rest of the infield Evan Zimmern, Anthony Bradica and Ethan Geffen.
