Clemencio McKoy, 38, of 54 West 40th St., walked into the Banco Popular at 159-17 Jamaica Ave. at 10:45 a.m. Friday and handed the teller a note demanding cash, according to police.
The teller complied with the demand, but not before slipping a dy
