Juan Duran, 38, of 131-48 148th St., Jamaica was arrested last Thursday at the intersection of 115th Avenue and 131st Street, said law enforcement officials.
Duran allegedly committed the public lewdness in the presence of a motorist at 2:45 p.m.,
