Guns, more on tap for mayor mtg.

When Mayor Michael Bloomberg takes the microphone at St. Frances de Chantal Church on Tuesday, February 6, one topic is almost sure to dominate: his redoubled push to keep illegal guns off New York City streets.

Bloomberg spent close to 10 minutes of his hourlong State of the City address on Thursday, January 26, laying out a set of reform proposals and law-enforcement strategies he said would strike at the heart of the illegal gun trade.
