Jamaica man charged in roomate stabbing

William Smith, 48, allegedly stabbed his roommate Arthur Basch in the neck, armpit and face with an 8-inch knife inside their Lakewood Avenue apartment at around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, the Post reported.
