Elmhurst Sanitation worker plowed: DA

Anatoly Zaborsky, 60, of 90-59 56th St., was released on his own recognizance Tuesday night and faces up to one year in jail or a $1,000 fine if convicted on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, Brown said.
