LIC man, 18, charged in Astoria mugging

Gerald Watley of 35-02 21st St. was charged with robbery and assault in connection with the attack on a man at the intersection of 21st Street and Broadway at about 11:26 a.m. on Dec. 23, authorities said.

Watley said he singled out the victim, acc
