FATE OF PP PROPERTY HANGS IN BALANCE

The owner of the vacant parcel beside the Pelham Parkway horse stables is nearing a decision on whether to develop the property or sell it to the highest bidder, he said.

Owner Mukesh Patel, who originally hoped to erect a hotel on the 7,500-square-foot lot before community leaders had the parcel rezoned to allow for housing, said he is just a month of two away from making a final decision.
