In a recent story about Jeff Feldman’s testimony against Clarence Norman, the former Kings County Democratic Party executive director’s thoughts about the criminal allegations against his former boss were mistakenly portrayed.

While we reported that Feldman “believed that Norman's threat to [former Civil Court Justice Karen] Yellen constituted a crime,” he instead emphatically contends that at no time did he believe that he or Norman were committing a crime.

Feldman was initially charged with attempted grand larceny with Norman for the alleged coercion. All criminal charges against him, however, were dropped late last year.

Earlier this month, Feldman testified for the prosecution in their criminal case against Norman.
