After recent inclement weather, Morris Park Avenue merchants stretching from White Plains Road to Fillmore Street were in for a wet commute to work as three sewers and manholes overflowed, froze and caused quite a chill for one business owner in particular.
Joe Koger of the Koger Company at 635 Morris Park Avenue noticed the sewer problem over the last few months but saw it reach its height on Thursday, January 3, when the ice on the roadway had frozen, salt trucks then came and for Koger, matters got much worse.
