BAYSIDE — A woman was assaulted while driving Saturday when three unknown men approached her car and broke her car windows with a hammer, according to police.

The woman was driving near the intersection of 202nd Street and 46th Road when a black vehicle cut off her off and forced her to stop, police said. The three men got out of the vehicle, walked up to the woman's car and broke her car windows with a hammer, injuring the woman's arm in the process, police said.
