Shea worker collected parking fees after fired: Cops

FLUSHING — Police said a former parking attendant was arrested outside Shea Stadium last Sunday after allegedly being caught collecting parking fees from drivers more than a week after being fired.

Authorities said Noel Bonilla, 34, stood at the Roosevelt Avenue parking lot entrance to Shea Stadium in his parking attendant's uniform and allegedly collected at least two $15 parking fees from drivers entering the lot. After a supervisor of the lot recognized Bonilla, authorities said he was arrested and charged criminal impersonation, trespassing and petit larceny.
