$9K stolen from home in Little Neck

LITTLE NECK — A 97-year-old Little Neck woman suspected her handyman of pilfering cash from her bedroom, police said.

The victim told police that she had contracted a handyman for work at her house last week, authorities said. While the handyman was at the 260th Street house, $9,000 disappeared from the 97-year-old's handbag, which had been left unattended in the bedroom, police said.
