Robbers stole $2K from Bayside house: Cops

BAY TERRACE — The owners of a 207th Street home returned to their house to find it ransacked and robbed last Thursday, according to police.

Authorities said an unknown number of perpetrators forced in the rear basement door of the 60th Avenue block home, ransacked it and stole $2,000 worth of cash. Police believe the incident happened between 12:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
