S.I. man stole electronics from home: Cops

ROCKAWAYS — Police are asking for the public's help to catch an alleged armed man who burglarized a home last month.

Jamal Hunter, 30, whose last known address was 3 Lockman Place in Staten Island, allegedly knocked on a door of a house on Beach 56th Street Sept. 7 and burst in with a loaded shotgun, according to police.

Investigators say he did not fire his weapon, but allegedly stole a large amount of cash and electronics.

Hunter is described as a male black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and between 160-170 pounds.
