City Council set to landmark 109-year-old Jamaica bank

For weeks, the city LPC had been working with the building’s owner, Ricky Cohen, the co-owner of Conway stores, to come to an agreement over the designation and both parties announced Tuesday that they considered the 109-year-old structure historica
