Willets Pt. makeover faces challenge

While the city continues to march toward its planned multibillion-dollar redevelopment of Willets Point, elected officials from Queens and community members are clamoring for answers to a litany of issues that remain unclear within the proposal.No issues in this fight have held more weight than the relocation of the existing businesses and the cleanup of their land – when and if they are forced to move out.
