CORONA — A 30−year−old Elmhurst man was arrested after he allegedly broke out the window of a Corona home, the Queens district attorney said.

Angel Polivio, of 41−87 Gleane St. in Elmhurst, was arraigned April 20 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Toko Serita on a criminal mischief charge, Queens DA Richard Brown said. The defendant, released on his own recognizance, will return to court May 27, the DA said.

The Corona homeowner allegedly saw the defendant break out the window of his 37th Avenue home with his arm April 19, Brown said.
