FLUSHING — A Queensboro Hill man was charged with child endangerment after allegedly slapping a child in front of a police officer, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
At 12:50 p.m. July 7, at 142-30 Barclay Ave., an officer with the 109th Precinct allegedly saw Li Liang Shi, 40, grab the child slap him twice in the face and throw him into his car, according to a criminal complaint filed by the DA’s office.
Shi was arraigned July 7 and released on his own recognizance. His latest court date was Wednesday.
