Woodside woman used phone to harass: DA

WOODSIDE — A 47-year-old Woodside woman was arrested after she allegedly placed multiple calls to a man and threatened to hurt him, the Queens district attorney said.

Evelyn Agosta, of 60-10 47th Ave. in Woodside, was arraigned July 28 in Queens Criminal Court on harassment and aggravated harassment charges, Queens DA Richard Brown said. The defendant will return to court Aug. 3, he said.

On July 18, Agosta allegedly called the man a number of times and told him that she would hurt him or have someone else do it for her, the DA said.
