Police need help to identify subway flasher

ELMHURST — Police in the 110th Precinct sought the public’s help in identifying a man who exposed himself to a female passenger on the subway last week.

At 3 a.m. Dec. 7, a black man between 30 and 40 years old sat across from the 18-year-old woman on a Queens-bound G train at the Woodhaven Boulevard subway station and rubbed his crotch area, police said. The man then exposed himself and began to masturbate before leaving the train and boarding a Brooklyn-bound train, police said.

Police asked anyone with information regarding the incident to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
