JACKSON HEIGHTS — A man donning a black wig and a hot pink jumpsuit robbed a TD Bank in Jackson Heights Jan. 13, police said.

The man, who also sported a black trench coat and black sunglasses, passed a note to a bank teller demanding cash around 3:20 p.m. After receiving an undetermined amount of money, the man fled on foot and got into a vehicle that was double−parked, police said.

Police described the thief as 5−foot−6 and approximately 130 pounds.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the NYPD’s Crimestoppers hotline at 1−800−577−TIPS. Individuals may also text tips to 274637 and then enter TIP577.
