Andrew Strowder, of 20−17 Cornaga Ave. in Far Rockaway, was arraigned Friday before Queens Criminal Court Judge Lenora Gerald and held on $20,000 bail, Queens DA Richard Brown said. The defendant, who will return to court Feb. 20, was charged with burglary and criminal possession of stolen property, the DA said.
