ELMHURST — Three Richmond Hill men were arrested on assault charges after they allegedly attacked a 27−year−old man at the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst earlier this month, the Queens district attorney said.
Willy Batista, 29; Emil Castillo, 22; and Alejandro Quiro, 25, all of whom live in Richmond Hill, were arraigned Feb. 5 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Joseph Zayas on assault and harassment charges, Queens DA Richard Brown said.
Batista was held on $7,500 bail while the other two defendants were released on their own recognizance, the DA said. All three will return to court Feb. 24, he said.
