Man causes scene at restaurant: Police

FLUSHING — A Flushing man was arrested after allegedly harassing a waitress at a Flushing restaurant Feb. 8, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Hojin Kil, 37, repeatedly grabbed his server’s arm and demanded that she sit with him, the DA’s office said. After she refused, Kil screamed and spat, according to the Queens DA’s office. When Kil’s bill arrived, he refused to pay the $34.52, the DA.

The Flushing resident was charged with theft of services, disorderly conduct and harassment, according to the DA’s office.
